FOOD MAESTRO is a start-up that focuses on promoting healthy food practices and healthy eating habits through their food safety consultancy for safety training and nutrition education.

Immaculate Uzoamaka Nwajagu attained her bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology from the Enugu State University of Science and Technology, followed by a Master of Science in Nutrition from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, Nigeria.
She is a 2022 Mandela Washington Fellow. After completing the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders, Immaculate plans to create food safety sensitization programs on social media and to start a production line for healthy and nutritious foods.
She is also a professional member of the Nigerian Institute of Food Science and Technology (NIFST), the Nutrition Society of Nigeria (NSN), and the Nutrition Society (NS). She won the prestigious award from the Nigerian Young Academy for her excellent research work, which focused on delivering solutions to the problems of food insecurity.
