In general, trading is stressful because markets are unpredictable and can move quickly. Even small trades can feel intense, and beginners often underestimate the mental pressure. Personally, I use ExpertOption, and I’ve felt this firsthand. Some days I make small gains, other days losses are bigger than I expected. What helps me is starting small, taking breaks when needed, and treating it as a learning process rather than a way to make quick money.
