Adeola Alli is the visionary CEO of OneHealth, a prominent health tech brand in Nigeria. As a licensed pharmacist in the U.K, U.S, and Nigeria, she boasts over 15 years of pharmaceutical expertise and is recognized as a seasoned health technologist.
Educated at the University of Manchester with a Master of Pharmacy and an MBA from the Instituto de Empresa (IE) Business School, Adeola furthered her studies in Business/Managerial Economics at Harvard Business School.
Her professional journey began in 2009 as a pre-registration pharmacist at Well Pharmacy, evolving into a pharmacy manager by 2012 at Concord Pharmacy, and then she moved to CVS Health in 2015.
As a mother, Adeola Alli discovered the challenge of getting specific medications for her son who had suffered from infant Asthma. She figured out that other patients in Nigeria will also face the same challenge of accessing essential medications and healthcare services and this discovery inspired the founding of OneHealth—an innovative platform digitizing and streamlining the pharmacare experience.
Fuelled by her dedication to transforming healthcare, Adeola has become a catalyst for revolutionizing pharmacare and advocating for women to be actively involved in product-led solutions for healthcare problems.
Adeola’s impactful leadership has garnered recognition, including securing funding from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation for OneHealth’s participation in the Investing in Innovation initiative. Acknowledged by Google for Startups Accelerator Africa, she is also a recipient of the Google for Startups Black Founders Fund. Adeola was a Startup Lab Finalist at the Global Health Summit in 2020 and a featured speaker at the prestigious Ehingbeti Lagos Economic Summit in 2021.
